GP Human Care Charitable Trust is a registered charitable organization based in Polichalur, Chennai — built on a nurse's lifelong devotion to families living below the poverty line.
40+
Years of Nursing Experience
Gomathy Panchapakesan spent more than four decades at the bedside of patients — many of them families with nowhere else to turn. What she saw every day convinced her that care could not end when the shift did.
In Polichalur, families below the poverty line often face an impossible choice: a meal, medicine, or school fees. GP Human Care Charitable Trust was formed to remove that choice, addressing health, nutrition, and education together rather than one at a time.
Today the trust works in collaboration with ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services) to reach children who need it most — with the same patience and dignity that defined its founder's nursing career.

Three commitments shape how we choose our programs, spend our funds, and treat the people we serve.
Every family is met with respect, never pity. Support is offered in a way that preserves pride and builds confidence.
Funds are tracked, documented, and reported. Donors deserve to know exactly where every rupee goes.
We listen before we act. Local families and ICDS workers guide which needs are most urgent.
